HOMU Global Education & Trading was founded in Sydney by a team who have lived, studied, and built careers across both Australia and China. We understand both countries intimately — and we know how much young Australians stand to gain from truly understanding China.

 

We started with a simple question: why do so few Australian students ever get to experience China properly? Not a rushed tourist hop, but a genuine immersion — meeting local students, exploring ancient streets, tasting real food, and beginning to understand the language.

 

The answer, we found, was mostly fear: fear of the unfamiliar, fear of safety concerns, fear of the logistics. So we built HOMU to solve exactly those things — taking on every complexity so that schools, parents, and students can simply show up and be transformed.

 

Today, HOMU works with Australian secondary schools across NSW, VIC, QLD, and beyond — designing and operating study tours that are safe, meaningful, and genuinely life-changing.
